Preproduction includes concept research, storyboarding, communication with all parties involved, cast & location selection as well as the script treatment, which includes set design, dress code, lighting concept and colour palette. Text development and approvals may also be necessary.
Production is the actual filming of the project. This includes the shooting organisation, technology (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.), as well as the preparation of the location (props & set design), the film crew and extras (cast, stylist, etc.).
Postproduction includes all the necessary steps to assemble the video material into a finished video. The individual components are: Editing (image & sound), basic editing & colour correction, music research & audio mixing, adaptation to the respective company CI, integration of graphic elements (e.g. logos), basic font animations, correction rounds and licences.
The very last step is the final approval of the film by the client and the export in the desired format (max. 4K).
