TWG is the private brand of a major German wood retailer. The TWG brand offers a complete range of interior furnishings, from parquet, laminate, designer and vinyl flooring to doors of all kinds, as well as personalized kitchens and wall coverings. In addition, they offer various tools as free aids in the planning of real estate, such as the TWG App.
TWG has previously marketed B2B and now wants to invest in the direct end-customer approach in order to offer their corporate customers added marketing value. To create the necessary content to market their app, PAC was commissioned to develop a strategy for all social media platforms.
PAC analyzed all possible online platforms and their formats in order to compile a suitable selection of advertising formats. A video campaign consisting of a 30-second YouTube ad, 6 vertical social videos and promotional photos was implemented. TWG had the possibility to use Google Ads, a YouTube Ad, Instagram/Facebook Ads as well as Pinterest to reach their target group in different formats with a recognition value.
